How Can gastritis Along With Nausea Be Treated?

yes please, for the past three days i have had diarrhea and vomiting, tender and upset stomach, gas, and wave of nausea and vertigo like sensations. I have tried to see our primary care and hoping the malaise goes away on its own. Do I need immediate care ?

I would recommend an over the counter acid lowering drug like Ranitidine, along with an antacid like Gelusil. You can also add an antiemetic to reduce vomiting like Domeperidone.

Keep a light diet. Take plenty of fluids, ORS is better than plane water.

Keep an eye on serious signs like blood in vomiting or stools and If symptoms don't improve I would suggest a visit to a doctor.

Hope this answers your question, Thank you.
